Universitas launches new section

Oslo is a diverse city with students from all over the world studying at the many schools located here. At the University of Oslo, international students make up approximately 13 percent of the student body. Whether coming to the city as exchange students or full-time degree participants, foreigners are an important part of the student landscape.

Although Universitas is primarily a Norwegian-language newspaper, we recognize that non-Norwegian students also want to be informed on local news. That’s why Universitas is launching a new division of the newspaper. Here you can read our best Norwegian-language pieces translated into English, a weekly culture calendar tailored for international students, and English-language pieces on issues important to the international Oslo community.
