The inspection uncovered a number of possible breaches of the University Act in the internal communications system. Specifically, it appears that complaints regarding the learning environment are not always brought to the attention of the Committee for Learning Environment. The Faculty of Law’s vice–dean, Finn Arnesen, declines to take action before the Directorate presents its full report.
