ISU leader re-elected
Jamaican exchange student and University of Oslo student parliamentarian Eton Williams was reelected as leader for International Student Union on their national assembly at Oslo University College this weekend. - I'm really satisfied with the result, Williams said to Universitas.
The key issues Williams will be addressing in the coming period include making sure that more basic information will be made available in English.
- All the information students need to know should be available in English as well as Norwegian. This will improve the student quality for international students. It might sound simple, but it is actually very important, Williams says. According to Williams, this includes university, college, the Norwegian government's student loan service Lånekassen and the Oslo Foundation for Student Life (SiO).
